This work is a unique blend of Equine-Facilitated Learning, Reiki, and Life Coaching on a serene horse farm. No riding is required—sessions take place on the ground, at your comfort level, even if you’ve never met a horse before. Together, these practices create a holistic, transformative experience—one that invites relaxation, growth, and a new relationship with yourself, nature, and the wisdom of the herd. Horses are highly sensitive to our energy and presence, offering instant, honest feedback. About Julie...
Julie Ruddy, founder of CREATE COACH CONSULT, blends her lifelong love of horses with decades of leadership and mentoring experience.
As a certified Life Coach, she sought deeper training in Equine-Facilitated Learning and Coaching. And she also became certified in Horse-Human Partnership, plus added Reiki Energy Practitioner to her diverse credentials. Julie offers experiences that are guided by the wisdom of horses. She shares her farm where horses and humans meet in a way that is profound, restorative, and utterly one of a kind. With her horses as partners, she’s created a unique offering—an experience that blends serenity, nature, and the deep wisdom of the herd.
About the horses...
All of Julie’s horses have been rescued. They are living reminders that every soul deserves a second chance. She believes that horses and humans need a rescue sometimes—to be lifted, seen, heard, and given room to heal, grow, and find a new purpose. With that in her heart, she partners with two amazing non-profit organizations to share hope, healing, and second chances.
About the farm...
Meadow Brook Farm is a working horse farm with indoor and outdoor arenas, plus miles of winding trails. The agricultural fields are farmed in partnership with her longtime neighbors at Poplar Hill Dairy Goat Farm.
The barn, now over 50 years old, stands as a living tribute to Julie’s early years as a horse show competitor and to the many animals who’ve called it home.
This is the farm where Julie grew up and the place that holds her heart and her horses. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the magic that makes Meadow Brook Farm sacred.

Horse Care Camp
The love of horses goes way beyond riding. At Meadow Brook Farm you will step into the rhythm of farm life and take part in every aspect of horse care. For one unforgettable day, you get to live the dream of having your own horse and horse farm. There is no riding; instead you interact with the horses in their world, on their terms. Face-to-face and heart-to-heart.

Small Gatherings & Retreats
